The Siemens 200 Amp Circuit Ultimate is a great addition to my Industrial and Scientific toolbox. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that this product provides reliable protection against overloading and short circuits. The installation process was simple and straightforward, and the compact design saved me a lot of space in my control panel setup.

Just what I needed to add a master switch to my load center. Installation was easy. Turn off the power and loosen the large hex head screws that clamp the hot wires of the power line, unscrew the tabs from the plate and screw on this switch. The switch also includes protective covers for cable clamps, which are not shown in the product photos.

I installed an entire house generator with a switch that became my main entry, overcurrent protection and shutdown. The problem is that if I wanted to turn the house off, I had to go outside and open the generator breaker. Otherwise it would start and transfer the load of the house to it when I open the main switch in the transfer switch. So I installed a 200A Siemens circuit breaker in my electrical panel so I could turn off the house without blocking the generator.
