I work in Photoshop and Illustrator and Silhouette Studio has to be the WORST software I have ever used. LOST so much time just to click on 1 item. Your software is really disappointing and really makes me rethink the ways I CANNOT use this machine so as not to waste my time. Of course, if you want ALL the features of the software, buying a $200 machine is not enough, you have to pay for an UPGRADE to use some of the features.

Around the same time last year I tried Portrait 2. Nothing but misery. He chewed on my mats, never fixed the printed markings properly, and never cut the same thing twice in a row.
