Not much to say about this converter. It installs in an open 3.5" drive bay (i.e. where your floppy drive could/was) and it has two high-quality USB cables that run through the case and out the back. . The cables are then connected to the rear USB ports on the motherboard. This type of setup isn't ideal, since cables are constantly coming out of the back of the computer, but this needs to be agreed upon by the motherboard and case manufacturers. . Met my need for USB 3.0 ports in my old case. I love my old PC case and when I upgraded the PC myself this gadget allowed me to keep my old case but still have new ports right on the front. It also contains my SSD drive. Well-designed, sturdy body.
