Overall this is a well made product, no plastic, all metal. For me, however, the 1/4 inch reverse osmosis tube fitting didn't hold up and when I decided to buy a fitting that was safe to thread in, I found that the shank had a non-standard 1/4 inch Diameter had it is impossible to adapt. to the screw on the fitting. Now that I have the correct faucet it works great. Very solid construction, the 1/4 knob is great. When I contacted the right person at Revain, they held back delivery of a product until confirmed that it matched the photos and description I sent.
