Does it work well with engines and engine parts

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cover mounting studs are longer than the factory ones and need to be cut if you are using factory nuts with black caps

Inexpensive! for engine parts

Was a bit disappointed that this part only had an ominous diesel engine decal instead of a lasered logo, but for the price it definitely works! Easy to install, looks good instead of the original I had with broken screws. Again, this was at least $20 cheaper.

Great value compared to OEM and perfect fit for 2000 Lariat F350 7.3L diesel

worked great. The tabs press the mount against the motor so it is very secure. It's also about half the price of an OEM metal bracket (Ford P/N: YC3Z6A955AA). If you require M6x1.0 acorn nuts to attach the cover to the bracket, please purchase two Ford Nuts P/N: N800475-S101. The installation was done on a 2000 F350 Lariat Crew Cab with a 7.3 liter diesel.
