I have worn Nike Air Max for many years. They are comfortable but not that stylish. They are very stylish and beautiful, they seem to need a little more support under the ball of their foot. Perhaps the hype surrounding the commercials created unreasonable expectations. My Nike shoes are more comfortable and I wear them more for beauty. Still great shoes. I am also 70 years old and weigh 250 pounds. Now with Air Max and New Balance I look more fashionable than all the other old farts! Laugh out

I ordered the shoes, tried them on and they were too tight. I sent them back. They charged me a $36 restocking fee for a $90 pair of shoes. What a rip off. I will never order anything from these people again.

The best hiking shoes I've ever worn. They're not as soft as the Skechers Max Cushioning Elite performance, but more durable.

While the cushioning was excellent, the size 10 felt a bit narrow and tight compared to the regular size 10 shoes I wear. Ankle support was also a little limited. All in all nice shoes

I have them very wide and it works for me. They have a little more cushioning than other shoes, but what surprised me the most was how light they are. I walk on concrete/hard floors all day and this helps.

These shoes give me the cushioning and support I need every day at work. I average 5-8 miles a day on hard concrete and my priority has been minimizing the impact on my feet. Skechers shoes offer it.

Incredibly comfortable shoe even after being on my feet all day on concrete! I will buy another pair to wear outside of work.

When you see them, you will be impressed by their low weight. The fit molds easily to your feet until the shoe stretches with use.

I bought the shoes because I work up to 12 hours or more and also have a wide foot. Because it offers width in the front and back of the shoe, it gives my foot room to wobble. I've only had it for 2 weeks so far, but this is the best purchase of my entire life.

In the picture you can see where, as others have pointed out, is the first point of failure of this shoe. I'm on my third pair now and for ME $89 every 8 months is fair enough given the benefit I NEED. and it's COMFORT. I walk my dogs every day. - which is mostly on a hiking trail. All of that needs to be said. I love these shoes! "Subscription for 8 months" is worth it for me.

A few points of criticism: * The sole of the shoe is not fully protected by the black hard rubber. This reduces durability. As many have criticized the shoes do not last long (8 months or less) and after receiving the shoes I can see that the bottom of the shoe has exposed foam. Not sure why. Maybe Sketcher thinks they won't sell as many shoes if they last long.* The tongue (the piece of protective material between the laces and your feet) is too thin and flimsy. I stand in front of the car all day. These shoes look like they're standing on a 2 inch cushion. They are very comfortable for my feet which are on the somewhat "flat" side. I'm not sure how they would feel on someone with a high arch. all other high quality sports shoes. They fit as expected.

I've had a lot of Sketch tennis shoes in the past. This is the first time I have a problem. After only three weeks of wearing, the sole detaches from the shoe.

Hip issues which made my previously comfortable New Balance a bit restrictive. Skechers are slightly lighter, easier to step on and roll off more as you walk. They are the same size and look the same, although they are NOT as heavy in construction. Hopefully my hip infection will be gone in the 6 months I predict these shoes will last. If not, I'll buy another pair.

I had an old pair of "Max Cushioning" sketcher shoes that I had worn out. They lasted about two years. I run about 5km a day at least 6 days a week. The shoes are great but the tongues are very thin. This causes discomfort in the upper part of the foot. If they bother me enough I'll probably buy a tongue pad. The biggest problem with a super thin tongue is that when you put your shoes on, the tongue will curl up and take extra time and effort to straighten it out. Otherwise these are great…

I was addicted to Tony and Candace Romo commercials. After a few years of frequent wear, they are not as soft as new. Just bought a second pair! I couldn't be happier!

I had the Hoka Bondi 6 - they were the softest shoes ever, I tried the Bondi 7 and 8 - they just didn't feel like a 6. Then I wanted to find something like the Bondi 6 - great for walking and great for heel pain and support. As soon as I got it - they were the answer.

I advised my husband to try it, he liked it. He wore it right out of the box and he says it's very comfortable. I have a pair of ladies, also tall. It is very comfortable, no scratchy seams or anything that hurts inside. He looks very good in his jeans and he wears them to work as he doesn't work in a formal setting. I love these shoes. You are so comfortable. The extra padding feels really good. The only downside is that I had to go half a size larger than usual. Otherwise they have my warmest recommendation.

I tried and returned New Balance and Brooks shoes which claimed to have good cushioning but felt like walking barefoot on concrete. Luckily I found these Skechers. They are very comfortable and I feel like I'm walking on clouds. You can see from their design that they absorb shock very well. And they are inexpensive!
