I can't say enough about Skoon! When I think how terrified I was coming home after a long day at work to be greeted with a horrible stench and a dirty floor, I realize I've waited too long to try Skoon, but once I saw it on Revain I knew this should do the trick. I don't feel anything, I don't have to mop the sandy floor, and I don't have to shovel, DOT. I love coming home! It's only been a week and I'm SOLD!

I really wanted to like this litter. I am a fan of diatomaceous earth and know that it dries out the skin. However, this does nothing against the smell of urine. Even follow the directions to stir it every day. After just two weeks I couldn't get my cat to stand the smell in the litter box anymore. The smell makes your eyes water. I admit there was very little tracking so I gave it two stars and I liked the bucket with big holes. I think it's back to the drawing board.

I really liked this litter box. The changeover was easy, both of my cats accepted it immediately. Worked well for scent and good for tracking. However, after the first day, the kidō refused to use it, came up and just cried at the box. They had to take advantage of it, but they refused. I don't think they liked the big hard croquettes. It's quite expensive, but it helps a lot when things get hectic and you can't get hold of a box every day. No smells and the cat doesn't drag the litter EVERYWHERE like with regular litter. Honestly, in order not to hang garbage around the house, this thing is worth it. And yes, we even used all sorts of custom rugs in front of the box to try and reduce the amount of litter strewn around the house. This filler had the best odor protection I have found of any filler. It's so easy to pick up solid waste and kick up junk, and it's not messy at all. I find the product very expensive and have hesitated to buy it, but will continue to buy it because of the excellent odor control. I would give 5 stars but it still tracks quite a bit despite claiming it isn't and of course it's not dust free, watch you breathe as you empty the bag into the tray. If you regularly change your filling every four days, this might be for you. We have three cats and two trays. Our usual litter is Tidy Cats but I decided to try two. I have used Skoon pens in one box and our regular pen in another (they are side by side). The cats were a bit anxious the first few days and opted for the original litter. On the 3rd and 4th day, the Belgians use the Skoon box. Pros: The litter definitely doesn't fly out of the box as much as a clumping litter with a smaller grit.
