Great solution to build conversational bots

The best thing about this software is it's simplicity and ease of use. It doesn't have too many features; it basically does what it says on the tin. With that said, I think they could make it more intuitive for new users. If you're looking for an easy-to-use chatbot, Slaask will be your best friend! Slack is incredibly user friendly: Slaask

The best thing about slasks livechat feature for me personally was being able to have an immediate conversation without having to pick up my phone or go into another room where I may not be as engaged by customers at any given point in time - This makes it so much more productive! There's nothing I dislike specifically but do wish there were some better integrations available (ie social media).
