Works great Replaced the wormhole on my TrailManor. Now I don't have to stuff the cable into the bumper anymore. I just roll it up and throw it in the storage compartment. I had to mount it on the side for my application.

Easy to install and seems to have cured my RV of overheated plugs. I ran the air conditioner on full blast in the Texas heat on Labor Day weekend and the plug stayed cold the entire time. I like the easy lock and release and the large ports. Worth the money and effort.

We replaced the old plug on our boat with this one. The last one burned down. It could be VERY dangerous. My husband replaced it with this one. It took a bit of work, but everything went pretty smoothly. This plug is much better. No twists and hopes you've hooked it up correctly. That calms us.

In general, I'm very happy with the plugin. Do a little internet research on how the standard 30 amp plug in an RV is inadequate and you will see why I switched to this plug. The only issue I had was that the clear plastic on the hood popped out easily on the first ride. We need to find a way to replace it. If you have one I would suggest adding more glue to keep it from popping out.

It's a good concept and it was easy to install BUT for the money it's not very good value. Also, I suggested in the video that ALL models (not just stainless steel) have a lid that snaps open, and then a plug to give that extra assurance that it stays plugged in if someone trips over the power cord at the beach. Hopefully when I use this more than at home I'll be more impressed with it.
