Great customer support along with advanced workflow options

The ability to create multiple tags per ticket makes it very easy to find exactly what you are looking for as well as filter by priority/severity of issues in one place. Being able to track all tickets from start to finish has been key to our success. Currently we have not found anything that needs improvement but there may be more than meets the eye! We would like to keep improving our process so customers can continue to enjoy using this tool without feeling they need to constantly refer back

  • Extremely fast at processing cases with good reporting tools available.
  • Very reliable platform (most days)
Cons
  • Can take longer then expected when importing data manually
  • Some times hard or impossible due delays, glitches etc

Very good web page monitoring tool: SnagTick

The best thing about this software is that it provides one of the most user-friendly interface to its users. I also like how easy it is for me to utilize as well. Sometimes when you are using an app or website, there will be certain times where your screen freezes up which can make things difficult at first but once again, not much if anything comes out of it.
