    The battery life sucks!

    This thing is dying way too fast. I almost need 2 or 3 of these to be able to have them at work. and worse, they cost over $200 each. is there another register?

    Not suitable for POS devices

    I bought this for an extra register for a fireworks display. It never worked and only one register was very difficult with HUGE lines and impatient people. Don't waste money on this product. I was very disappointed with this item.

    Needs to be turned off and on between transactions

    This is our third plug scanner in 3 years and it now has its own quirk right out of the box where we have to turn it off and on after each transaction. For the money it's worth, this shouldn't happen.

    SCANNER DOES NOT WORK!

    Ordered for an event for work. We just got around to using it and guess what, the scanner doesn't even work! We plugged it in for the required charge time and it didn't work - what a disappointment. I want to contact them for a refund.

    very difficult to use best in office electronics

    I use this product to scan barcodes in stores to order more items, the blue one I bought last year works very well , I only have to charge it once a week (now my husband uses it) I bought the green a month ago and I can't even complete an order in the store to keep it from turning off. If I pay a lot of money for a product, I expect it to last more than a month

    Bluetooth connection keeps dropping

    I can't find a solution to this problem online. The manufacturer replaced my scanner with a new one, but the same problem persisted. The scanner remains on. The connection is lost. I'm using my scanner with Lightspeed POS on an iPad Pro 12. Turning the scanner off and on again fixes the issue temporarily. I have other scanners that I use with Socket Mobile and they work great. I hope someone has a solution for this problem. My Revain return window closed back in July 2019. Help!
