An absolute must!

Seriously, where has this thing been all my life?! Living in North Carolina, hurricanes happen all too often and we have been without power for days and even weeks. There's going to be a message from God right here. So I tested it on a kid's tablet, a smartwatch, and my Google Pixel 4xl, and it charged every single one of them efficiently! It comes with two carabiners, making it ideal for attaching to your backpack when you go camping. I can think of a million scenarios where this would be…

Ideal for travel

For camping or just a drive, this is definitely a no-frills pair of solar panels. They are very light and relatively small, making them easy to fit in a backpack when hiking or in the glove compartment of your car. The outer parts of this foldable panel feel like really strong plastic materials. So if you drop it or just handle it a little roughly, it seems to be able to handle it. The small included carabiners might work if you need to hang it somewhere (because it's light when the sun is…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly

Beautiful design, simplicity, very inexpensive

This is a basic 10w solar panel at the lowest price. A good choice if you know what you need. In comparison, the Goal Zero 10W solar panel costs about 5 times as much, but has many additional features such as a durable housing, smarter charging circuitry, more connectors, etc. This panel, on the other hand, is a simple double panel with no housing and a USB connection. The open frame design actually has some advantages as it means the panel is very easy to pack and takes up little storage…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

It works really well for solar and wind power

The main purpose of this product is campers and campers. To be effective there, it has to be light and not take up much space. It's pretty easy. It only weighs about a pound. It doesn't take up much space, but it takes up more than I'd like. If you can find a way to attach it to the back of your backpack that would be best. How does it work? Pretty good. Better than I expected. Here's the test I ran: 45 minutes of direct sunlight, afternoon, Arizona SummerTemp 110FC, cell phone with a 5000mAh…

Really good quality, works well

The first thing that strikes you is how durable this item appears to be. Soldered into a thick fibrous plastic backing, the platters are fairly rigid, with a clear plastic layer covering the entire surface from edge to edge. If you sit on it and flex enough you can destroy the panels, but even with moderate care this should last indefinitely. I did some real life performance testing with one of these awesome devices https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FMHHS43 and found that on a bright, sunny…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Works perfectly! 24% battery charge in 1 hour

Im impressed. I had my doubts based on previous experiences with slow solar chargers, but it didn't disappoint. I connected my OnePlus 7 Pro phone (4000mah battery) with 69% battery life. Exactly one hour later the battery was at 93%. Definitely faster than other options I've tried. Folded: I measured the size of the device at 9.875 inches by 6.25 inches. The "Flip" side is 0.60" thick, the thin side is 0.25" and the plastic USB port on the opposite side is 0.70". Unfolded: 12.75" wide x 9.875"

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Replacement availability

Is working. ish: Solar & Wind Power

I, like some other reviewers, have had no luck when it comes to charging devices with this solar panel. Over the course of a week, I ran multiple experiments day after day on different devices to see what results I could get. Remember that this all happened in California, on days without a single cloud in the sky, in places where the sun is not obscured at all. (Central yard with no trees, plants, fences, or houses blocking the light.) 1) I started with a high-capacity battery that displays…
