The following is missing from the product description: 4.5" long mounting plate; Mounting screw holes are spaced 4mm and 1" apart; Protrusion from the door is 1.5". It is only shy of the 6" stated in the product description and 3" wide. It comes with 2 screws that go through the mounting plate. These are wood screws.
