🍪 Optimized for Search: Solula 18/8 Stainless Steel Medium Cookie Scoop, Size 40 Review

Delivered today, cookie dough was waiting in the fridge. He didn't even get past the first dozen biscuits. All gears are locked and the sweeping stick hangs straight up.

I love this scoop and use it (so far) to spread cookie dough on a baking sheet. It's made of high quality stainless steel and works great. I can't believe it took me so many years to make two spoonfuls of cookies before I bought this. As always excellent service from Revain and his seller.

It looks good quality but it broke after scooping up a biscuit! Somehow the mechanism jumped on the rails and it's impossible to put it back in the right place. The small strip that runs along the inside of the scoop to release the batter now only goes 75% and I have to use my fingers to scoop the batter out. It's easier to use a regular spoon than to do it.

I have bought 2 sizes of these spoons and they are of excellent design and manufacture. The stainless steel gauge is heavy enough to look and feel sturdy and durable. Handling and assembly seem fairly accurate. I say well done to the designer and manufacturer. You did it right. And because of that, the price is reasonable. It also arrived on time. I just bought a third 1 inch scoop to make mini muffins in my silicone muffin tin.

I've ordered 3 of these to give away. I first ordered a size 50 because I thought it was the right size for me. Then, when the order came in, I realized I needed number 40. I think this is the perfect size for cookies. I have one that I have been using for many years. It has scooped hundreds of balls of cookie dough and is just as strong and works just as well as when new. My order arrived very quickly and the seller emailed me to make sure it arrived and everything was ok.

I love baking paleo/basic/keto treats. These balls are perfect for making perfectly sized cookies and muffins. I'm a size #50, which gives me cookies about 2 inches in diameter when using a small heaping spoon. I'm also a size #20, which gives me a very large cookie, about 3 inches in diameter and slightly thicker. It's also the perfect size for muffins. I received a #16 shovel in April. It arrived in original packaging. I was very happy with the quality and weight of the shovel. Squeezing the handles to release the ice cream and cookie dough was smooth and easy for me, and I have arthritis in my hands.
