The ability to remotely monitor network devices from anywhere in our organization is very helpful when we are out of town or if there's an emergency situation where someone needs help immediately but couldn't be reached by phone at work! The most important thing I like about this product is that it's easy to configure & manage from anywhere in our organization with no need of any technical skills or knowledge required by an administrator (it can be managed easily via web console). The ability to protect all of our devices from threats is what I like most about sonicwall products (and their whole suite). It's easy enough that anyone can use it without needing any tech support or training! There are some things we would love improved upon but overall this product has been great so far with no issues at either my work place nor home office locations using multiple computers/phones etc..
