I'm not a professional, but for my money I am.

I'm not a professional but for the money this lens is impressive. If you're looking for a very sharp prime lens, this pup is for you. I also have a 50mm lens, but this stays on my camera almost all the time. Definitely working on an additional test.

Great little lens for a compact mirrorless camera.

Overall this lens is great for street and general photography at f1.8 which is what I need for low light shooting and also for shallow depth of field. OSS is also useful for videos. The performance and quality of the lens is the same as the lens you will find in US stores. It comes with Sony lens, rear caps and lens hood. I was going to give it 4 stars thinking it should be under $400 but then the recent drop of $50 (usually $450) and the fact that the Canon 35mm IS USM f /2 now costs about…

I'm not sure if VTJC (which is listed with the seller at the time of writing this review) is the same guys as Premium Japan I bought this lens from so I will direct this review to Premium Japan. I think they also have an ebay shop so you might want to consider buying there even though this lens is $460 on ebay instead of the $395 I bought the lens for.
