2006 Jeep Liberty in Part

Husband installed while watching a YouTube video. We've been running this new cooler for five months and haven't had a single problem. It was half the price of our local auto parts stores. Definitely happy with the purchase and the quality. We ran it in four states right after installing it and there were no issues. Now if we can just shut down the oil.

Fits perfectly! Suitable for radiators

Perfect fit! I have no transport damage! I was a little startled by others' mentions here of the lack of a plastic "clip" (front driver's side) for the transmission cooler and AC condenser. Mine came with all the nuts in place and those mounting points (as mentioned) cast into position. The perfect ride! The only reason for the 4 star rating is that it's only been in the car for 2 months, I'll do it again if it doesn't work.

Decent cheap solution

I've had this radiator for about a year now; had no leaking issues like other reviewers. City/highway driving is fine. However, living in Utah, I often put extra stress on the motor when I'm riding in the mountains, and this radiator really can't handle that. I always have to keep a close eye on the engine temperature to make sure I'm not pushing it too hard. Now I'm thinking about replacing it with Mopar KJ Sport 3.7L 2002. Air-conditioned machine.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Older model

Works like a dream

I ordered this to replace a leaking radiator on my 03 Liberty and it has worked like a dream! I'm not a mechanic, but I'm very smart and pretty damn cheap to pay a mechanic, so thanks to Amazon, YouTube, and my stubborn head, projects like this are a breeze. The only difficulty was getting the old one out as cooling lines run over the passenger side radiator. But even that wasn't much of a pain. I hope I get many good years from this bad boy.

Great for 2006 Jeep Liberty Limited 4x4

Radiator arrived safe and sound despite the hole in the packaging. Brackets were provided to mount an external transmission cooler and plugs were provided for an unused internal cooler. The radiator fitted my 2006 Jeep Liberty Limited perfectly. After today's installation and test drive, there are no leaks, the temperature is stable in the normal range. So far I am very happy with my purchase. If there are any changes, I will update the review.

Incorrect radiator for 2005 model.

Ordered a new replacement radiator with protection plan for my 2005 Jeep Liberty Limited 3.7L on July 2nd, 2020. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition on July 5th. See Figure 1. Unfortunately, the heatsink is identical except for two additional connectors that are not present on my original. See image. I've spent hours poking around my shed, garage, and shed looking for some sort of threaded "plug" I could install to seal off unnecessary outlets so I can get my only car back on the roadโ€ฆ

The second time is nice, somehow.

The first order was checked for eligibility by the Revain service and was completely wrong which is also good as the unit I received was suspect anyway. It shipped in a double box, which is fine, but the second box was so large that the first inner box had enough room to slam into it, causing the multiple tabs on the heatsink (all plastic) to bottom out and tear numerous holes everywhere. There were a few bubbles of foam that could have formed in place, but even the inner box was so big that by
