Works well. Easy to install if you have the tools. Look for existing holes in the radiator bracket. Even if your car isn't modified with steel wheels, an automatic transmission, and an engine with ridiculous performance figures, every driver will wave at you once you've installed it.

Use on racing and enduro vehicles. These things are very tough. . You can handle a 250 lap beatin and bangin race. The only knock against them is that they rust very quickly if left unpainted. The smallest scratch will rust immediately. Unfortunately, the exterior chrome finish isn't very durable.

They fit my '98 Civic perfectly and made the job easier than replacing an existing rusty bonnet latch with sheared bolts. Overall easy installation, only problem with the kit is the screws for the plate were scrap, if you have some self tapping screws handy they work great. It would be nice to put some Loctite in there too.

Beware of cramped engine compartment. The pins are guaranteed to fit my 2005 Hyundai Tiburon GT coupe. When I received the pins, I quickly realized that they were too big. I would have to drill through the radiator or headlights to install them. They are made for large trucks or SUVs, not cars, and this should be stated in the description. The plates covering the holes are also very stiff and will cause your hood to warp if accidentally screwed in too tight. BUYER BEWARE.
