This adapter did exactly what it said on the box. Perfect fit on both ends, no visible stretch or heat damage after months of installation. The worm gear could have been a bit stronger but it was sufficient for the task and something stronger would have increased the price.

Needed replacement for my 06 Avalanche with K&M air cleaner inlet tube. Couldn't find a replacement at any parts store, NAPA charged $65 for 1 foot of rubber tubing (which I should have cut and didn't include clamps). This adapter came with two hose clamps and worked fine on my truck, good deal, will probably order another one as a spare.

I bought this to install a MAF on a 4" intake manifold. Works great if you are replacing an LS with a hot rod and building your own air intake which is almost always needed. On LS engines, the throttle body is 4" in diameter, and on the 75mm MAF, both sides are 3.5" in diameter. For the 85mm MAF, one side is 3.625 inches and the other side is 4 inches. 85mm DMRV.

I recently installed a BOSS 302 intake manifold on my 2014 Mustang 5.0 and added an Accufab throttle body along with JLT CAI. I needed such a coupling to connect TB and CAI of course and they are two different diameters. It helped, and everything is all cleanly connected! Even survived DynoTune and didn't throw up. Excellent quality, I recommend.
