Unreliable Tool for Engine Work

According to my experience, this automotive tool is a waste of money. While it initially seemed like it would be helpful for working on my engine, it failed to properly lock IN place and caused more harm than good. The potential for damaging the engine is high with this unreliable tool..

Disappointing Locking Tool for Automotive Engines

According to my experience, this tool is not reliable .It has caused more harm than good when trying to lock the crankshaft in place. The only good thing about it is the affordable price. However, the lack of precision and durability make this a bad investment. I would not recommend it to any performance car enthusiast who wants to work on their engine with confidence..

Worked great and good quality

bought these to redo the timing on my 07 fx4 5.4 3v. They fit perfectly for what I needed. The pronged one is designed to hold the phaser for either detaching or for tightening to loosen the phaser screws. It holds up great and aligns great. The other part is to perfectly align the crankshaft for the timing process. and it worked perfectly. I had to use a razor blade to remove a small piece of the mechanized coating to get it onto the crankshaft. but it was a nice tight fit.
