💧 Square D Pumptrol Pressure Switch 9013FHG12J52M1X 95-125 PSI for Compressed Air Compressor with Unloader & On/Off Lever (Paks) Review

It's not an exact replacement, I had to change the lines to make it work, but it's a fairly simple process. I can only recommend it, it is a very high quality product

The pressure switch itself is very high quality, but the relief valve is very easy to break. It has a weak point at the end of the thread. Fortunately, they are desperately available.

The supercharger shift mechanism is very solidly built and appears to work well. However, the manual on/off switch is made of thin sheet metal. The lever broke on the first day of use.

Works very well on my Ingesoll Rand SS3660V. I set the pressure to 135psi. 2 turn right. The lever is cheap, but I don't plan on turning it on/off. I use a 3/8 to 1/4 NPT adapter. I attached a 1/4" air outlet line, see photos.

In the last 3 years 2 pressure switches have failed on my compressor. Both were from a major auto parts chain. I ended up buying SquareD. I assume it will last for years. You just can't compare it to a SquareD pushbutton switch. You are simply the best.

Non-adjustable differential pressure! A large spring controls the on and off pressure at the same time. The small spring does not affect the pressure settings. (You can set the mainspring to retract at 70 and extend at 100. Or loosen it to retract at 60 and extend at 90.) I'll probably keep that as a backup. Find the exact specifications for "Pumptrol 9013fhg".

Decided to replace the switch on my 36 year old home build air compressor which was leaking. 36 years old, how long have I owned it, it is much older, see photos. The switch worked great. Thanks to the previous reviewer's picture for the 110 volt wiring and advice on setting the pressure. I lowered the cut in pressure to 60 psi and off to 110 psi. Hopefully new paint, switches and a great decal from Revain will last another 36 years. If I live that long!
