Inferior Component, Poor Performance

After trying this product, it was clear that it was not up to par with other components in its category. The overall performance was lacking and ultimately led to issues with my vehicle's clutch system..

Will not work in switches and relays

Left is a standard engine product switch and right is a GM OEM switch. Although it is physically installed and electrically connected to the OEM switch, it electrically runs opposite the OEM switch so it will not work. The OEM switch is electrically closed when the plunger is pushed into the switch. Standard Motor Products' switch opens when the plunger is pushed into the switch. I only noticed this after the return period had passed, so I hope others can learn from this post.
