Recommend to go inch higher since the elastic band may caused discomfort

I currently experience knee joint pains from an prior accident from training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu about six months ago. The only reason I brought the product is because I need to continue practice the knee movements without feeling crucial pain (popping noise) with weight training and BJJ. I would recommend to go an inch more than what the size says because you need space to put on knee compression on. Perfect for rehabilitation therapy as well weight/BJJ/running exercises.

Lighter weight than expected but not a bad product

Sadly I am a bit of an expert with braces as I've suffered through 8 patella dislocations between both of my knees. I picked this up because I liked the design. It is certainly comfortable and doesn't ride up or down as some others have done. The only drawback for me.and it really isn't fair since it is as advertised.is that this brace is a bit 'light' for me. I would prefer that it be made from a heavier fabric or perhaps neoprene. good for the weekend warrior

I had knee surgery in 2018. I was using a doctor issued brace from YEARS ago, but it finally wore out. While my knee has healed & probably doesn't need a brace anymore, I still like to wear one while playing in some adult sports leagues (soccer and pickleball) just to be safe and give it more support. HAPPY HAPPY - my new review

I have suffered with knee inflammation and joint pain for years and spend countless dollars on braces that only ended in wasted money and disappointment. I am BEYOND please with this one because I’m a landscaper and my job requires man miles of walking. I love how this brace stays firm and true to one spot of comfort and does not slide. This device works for me

I got this knee brace because I was using Ace bandages that would become real bunched up in the back of the knee this is a much better device to use than Ace bandages. Works well. Needs adjusting occasionally, but easy to do.

This is easy to apply and worked very well when I developed knee bursitis from an injury. It definitely stabilized my knee and I was able to function all day. I am on my feet all day and this was basically a lifesaver. If you carefully follow the instructions you will learn how to put it on and after that it is quite simple. I think it is comfortable but it can feel too restrictive a little painful, and if a little too tight you can easily develop swelling. I also worried about vein compression

Easy adjustable fit.

Getting the correct size (medium) was easy. It never rolls up or slips down. I have needed such a brace because I broke my leg several years ago which caused a considerable limp. I'm satisfied with this knee brace. It's comfortable and now I limp almost unnoticeably. I particularly like the easy way to adjust the fit. If I find that it's not snug enough or too tight, the Velcro makes the straps easy to reposition for a good fit.

Not good for all around compression, no real adjustment available

Got for my boyfriend, not a good fit. The adjustable straps do not offer any real adjustment. If you stick them anywhere besides the small square of velcro it damages the fabric. He had issues with it bunching up on his knee.Main issue is he was looking for all around compression, this mostly gave compression with the straps so it fell short of his expectations.

I use it for Jiu Jitsu and its Awesome!

So I suffered an MCL sprain during training and was unable to train let alone walk properly without pain for a few weeks. I had a brace on I had bought at CVS and it definitely helped as compared to having no brace on but it was bulky, the straps that would wrap around the back of the leg were uncomfortable and would bunch up, and when I did return to just drill moves, it fell apart very easily. Well made brace. best in my review

I used this product for walking, jogging and squats exercise on my left knee. It works well. But I need a brace now for my right knee. I’m about to be 50 years Old in 30 days. My knees is popping like Rerun on "What’s Happening.”Soon as get the money right I’m going to order another brace for my right knee and 2 elbows braces (Large).

STABLE BUT BULKY best in my review

I liked the fact that it kept my knee from buckling, however it felt a little too bulky for me when i used it for bowling. I could not bend as far as i normally do. This might be a work in progress and I'll continue to use it to see if i can adjust to this restriction.

Very satisfied, you must buy two if you need it for both knees.

I bought these knee braces for my daughter. She has Rheumatoid Arthritis and she is in constant pain. Her knees are a problematic area. She previously had another pair she wore daily for 2 years but since then she needs a new pair. So we found this. It has significantly decreased pain and swelling. The Velcro straps allows you to adjust the compression level to your comfort. It covers well above and below the knee. She was very happy after wearing these for a few hours. Husband's RA - my new review

I ordered this for my husband to use because of his sever pain with RA. He says it seems to help, unfortunately with he amount off pain he is is all the time it is hard to tell how helpful this would be for others with RA. The fact that he does where it at work. Decent brace for the price

First time buyer of brace. Got a Large. Okay so far (used three times) for walking and supporting arthritic knee with small meniscus tear that I've suffered with for ten years now. Mostly arthritis vs meniscus. Think I'm in between a Large and XL since it's a bit tight at the top but not unbearable and I don't want to hassle with returning, etc as this didn't cost much, and I'm thinking that it may stretch out as I use it more, with washings, etc.

Great fit. good for me

Ordered the small first but after wearing all day it was a little tight for circulation. So ordered medium. Both are great. Works well when running or if I need to wear it during the day under skinny jeans or clothes. The small showed under skinny jeans because it was so tight. I have runner legs. So the medium looks way better. I haven’t had to wash them yet.so I don’t know how they hold up over time after washing. but i imagine they will last longer if you wash them without fabric softener…
