The stretchy fabric sorts it out when you insert your hand.I made sure to get "prints” fabrics only to camouflage any body irregularities. ;)I ordered XLs for her because of her height and a slit up the thigh. I love this dress, it's very comfortable and I get a lot of compliments when I wear it. In all fairness, my husband said it looks like pj's, but I don't get that. The color is a little darker than the picture, but that is fine with me. I'm 5.5 and it's a little long on me. I'm 5'1, 154 lbs and the medium fit me perfect. The bottom hits the floor but not enough to trip on. It hangs very well and flatters my post baby figure. The only thing i dont like are the pockets. They arelnt sturdy enough to be used except for putting your hands in and they look lumpy on my side's. Id rather have no pockets than ones im not gping to use and look funny.
