The first time I ordered these they were way too small (I’m a size 10 in shoes so I ordered the size 10-11). Had to return them and get the size 12-13 and they still barely fit. The cushion on the sole isn’t anything special whatsoever. I will say though, that they are very warm and soft which is what I was looking for. I've had a pair of these before and A lot of the revies say when you break them in they get a lot more roomy. This was true to my last pair (size 9-10) so this time I bought mine smaller (7-8) to compensate. So far the worst issue is how small the lip at the back of the heel is. When you are breaking them in you flatten the heel, which sucks because after they get roomy you want the heel up, but its just. flat.My husband wears a size 12. His shoe says 13 on the bottom. He says they feel crowded

The slipper was cute and comfortable as you sit and stand. Walking in it was a different story. Doesn’t feel comfortable when walking with them on.

I bought these slippers for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and she just loves them. Fit was perfect, they are warm and comfortable, they arrived on time. We are very pleased with the purchase.

First off, you don't need to size up that much to get these to fit. I am a size 8 with wide feet, sometimes 8.5. I ordered a 9-10 initially and the soles were about an extra 1-2" too long. I ordered the 7-8 and although they felt snug initially, within a day or two they widened and now fit perfectly.The quality is reasonable for $20 slippers. After wearing them for about a week some of the support has flattened, but they're still pretty comfortable.

I cam be on my feet for hours and they feel great in these slippers. They are very durable and soft inside. They stay pretty clean as well.

I got these as a gift, size 5-6 USW, and they're far too large compared to other brands who offer the same measurements ( Their size 5-6 USWs can comfortably fit like a size 5 bought from an outlet ). I ordered these slippers for my mom, she had been sick with cancer and always wore slippers around the house. For her birthday in April I got her these and she loved them!
