I bought one for my bed and one for the guest bed. Both are breathable and lightweight, which is what I want out of a waffle blanket. However, they are not soft. At all. They are a step and a half away from being straight-up scratchy. It's not really an issue, because I sleep under a flat sheet with this blanket over top. And it IS cozy! I love waffle blankets! Bought this one for kid’s dorm room. Color was perfect for school. Comfy, soft blanket. The charcoal shade may fade over time with frequent washing and use, making the blanket look old and worn.

This was rather scratchy, even after washing with softener and tumbling it to "fluff". It was densely woven, and cotton, so I guess I should have expected that. What made me knock off a star on the over-all rating was that it was way too yellow to call it "sage green". The blanket is good quality and heavier than expected. I thought it would be more of a light weight summer blanket. However, it arrived with a stain the size of a silver dollar one edge. Rather than try and refold it for an exchange, I decided to wash it first, as I would any bedding before using it. The stain came out, but boy did the blanket shed lint! I had to wipe out the washing machine before using it again. I line dried the blanket and shook off even more lint, then threw it in the drier

The fabric is a bit rougher than I would like. It’s not a bad blanket, I’m just in search of a waffle blanket I saw at an Airbnb. Which was much thicker and fluffier by comparison.Packaging was excellent.

I ordered a full size blanket and this thing would fit a king size! Its so long on either side of the bed, we fight with it all night because it pulls the top quilt off the bed. I love the material and the color but am planning to take it to have it cut down to fit our bed. Ridiculous! They should size them appropriately.

Great for cool days or for layering on cold nights. Looks nice and cozy, rich color. Not incredibly soft, but not too rough either. Seems to be high quality, 100% cotton. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I bought this because it seemed lightweight (and it is). After the first wash, even before actually using the blanket on my bed, a handful of threads came loose. Because I'm expecting to use this a lot as a second bed layer, and I didn't need something that would be perfect, I'm keeping it. But if you need something that holds up against kids, pets, etc I could see this not holding up too long.

I love this blanket so much, for so many reasons. It feels durable, sturdy, and well-made, but it felt nice and soft right out of the package. I bought the king size because of the others' suggestion and after washing it covers the queen bed well. The blanket itself is heavy, not light weight. BIG ALERT! Wash separately from anything else because it will shed like crazy. I had to vacuum out my dryer vents because there was so much fluff, but it's all good now. The color is true and rich.

I ordered a Queen blanket and was surprised to find this one was much larger than a queen . It overlapped the mattress by almost a foot and, when I washed it, it shrank into something too small. The fabric is soft and warm but the size issue makes it less than a satisfactory product.

I love that it's pure cotton, the waffle print isn't as soft as brushed cotton but I really love my blanket. I use it as a throw and an extra blanket for the bed. Thank you very much. It was made with love.
