This heater is awesome. It warms my entire upstairs. Love the different modes and the swivel it does to ensure heat is being distributed evenly.

I was looking forward to a heater that could heat my family room which is large and currently heated only by electric heat. When it arrived it was missing the remote. EVERY time I turn it on it flipped the breaker which inevitably makes it unusable!

I was really disappointed , often you hear that infrared heating is great. I have this heater in a very small area, but it is not warming the area like it should. It claims that it heats well over 1500 square feet. So glad I didn’t order two.

This works good I set it on eco and ran all night and it kept my garage at 58 when outside it was around 15. They are some what expensive to operate but well worth it in my opinion

We plugged it into the wall & it stopped working & wouldn't turn back on after only 30 minutes of use. We won't be trusting trustech for anything in the future.

Literally broken busted used. Batteries won’t even stay in the remote. Remote came in a ziplock bag. Don’t know how anyone could box this up and sell as new this thing is dusty! It was used for a while!Very disappointed

When the box Arrived I could not Believe the size of this heater after using it for two days couldn’t believe how much heat I was getting out of this unit definitely worth the money

It did not come with a user manual. Fortunately, it is easy to operate.The advertised remote control was also missing.Cannot return entire product to get one with the remote control because the heater is needed right now.

Bought for a friend and it didn't work. Tried to get return information and never received it in the mail. Now I'm stuck with a heater that doesn't work and I'm out over $100.00.

Heats up your room but if you want it in your bedroom the light from the heat bothers your eyes and does not let you sleep. I do t like it and definitely not recommend it.

This heater is lightweight and easy to setup. However, it makes an annoying loud clicking sound every time it changes direction. I also noticed the floor under and around the heater gets very hot so I’m not sure how safe this heater is. Hope it doesn’t start a fire.

I was so pleased with this heater that I ended up getting another one within the same week. One for my living room and one for my bedroom and I only use my central air for an hour a day saving a lot of money. I use the the eco mode and these two little units maintain the temperature at 68 degrees. I like the timer function and it comes very handy. This product started off with minimal noise. But now a couple of months later it sounds like a railroad coming through. The whining noise is ridiculous Will reach out to seller and return.

Pros:- Heats up very fast. Description claims 3 seconds, I think that is not far off. You can definitely feel heat in 3 seconds, but probably just a few more seconds to come up to temperature.- Lightweight. I use this in my livingroom sometimes when watching TV or just hanging out in there. It has wood floors I can turn it on for 30mins to an hr and livingroom feels great.
