I like that it is easy to use for beginners as well as advanced users. It's also very intuitive which makes learning fast! The customer support team are great too - they always respond quickly with helpful answers or ideas about how best to solve issues you're having. Nothing really at this time but if there was something then we'd definitely be looking into adding in an integration between our website (which uses WordPress) and their software so that leads can easily get logged within one…

I like that we can quickly look up any of our leads or have other sales people pull their info when they don't know something - very helpful for us as far information goes! We also love how easy it is to create multiple reports in one place so you're not searching everywhere trying find what's needed most at this given time from past lead cycles etc.. There isn’t much dislike about anything yet but more features would be fantastic i guess? The system does everything great which makes life super
