True to size - my new review

The dress is well made. I could have ordered the dress cheaper on another website but have to admit that it is nice to order from amazon since I am able to send it back for free. So I rather pay a little more for the dress but less hassle. I feel that it's always challenging when ordering clothing or shoes online to use the given measurements.When ordering this dress I found it easier to just order 2 different sizes. I'm 5 foot tall, 36 inch bust and weigh about 124 lb. I normally wear a size 4

Metme Vintage Beaded Flapper Dress

Very pretty, fit well and very flattering. Wear a small to medium. Ordered a medium which was perfect. Needed a formal dress and this fits the bill. Plan to remove the embroidered front and back and fill in with sequins. The embroidered area is okay, but will look much better with sequins to match the dress. Disappointed that a few of the fringes were tied together - must have broken or were short, but overall very happy with this dress.

Dress has generous length and looks great

This dress fit perfectly and it looks really great but that's probably because I'm 5 ft 8 in tall and I think this dress is more suited for a tall woman but it does look great the only drawback is it's Poly and not silk but the dress is extremely inexpensive. If it were so it wouldn't hold body orders as much as it does and of course you have to hand wash the dress or spot wash the dress

Okay for my purpose but not really as described

I bought this to wear to a Roaring 20s New Year's Eve party tonight. It's a lovely dress in general -- very pretty -- and it will suffice to wear tonight. I did, however, have higher hopes for the price I paid. I paid careful attention to the size chart and the feedback about size from people who had already purchased it. Overall great dress

This dress is so beautiful, and I received several compliments for it. It fit really everywhere, except for some gaping around the armpit. We fixed that by adding a few quick darts and it fit perfectly. My only disappointment was that I lost several pieces of fringe over the course of the evening.

Surprisingly well made for the price. No issues with how it looks or make but be careful about sizing. I ordered a size SMALL and thank goodness there is a tiny bit of stretch in it. I am 5’7”,
