I bought this to wear to a Roaring 20s New Year's Eve party tonight. It's a lovely dress in general -- very pretty -- and it will suffice to wear tonight. I did, however, have higher hopes for the price I paid. I paid careful attention to the size chart and the feedback about size from people who had already purchased it. I took my own measurements, since I hadn't recently, and compared them to the chart to make my choice. The dress I got is too big all over. The shoulders are loose, the armholes are huge, the bustline is big -- everything. I can make it work with a quick alteration taking up the shoulders, but I don't have time to do anything about the bustline. I was also disappointed in the color. It's such a dark green that it's almost a black-green. The black sequins and embroidery can barely be seen against it unless the light hits them. Like I said, it's pretty and it'll work tonight because it has to, but I'm very disappointed for what I paid.
