Looks Like It Could Be A Keeper

Unfortunately I can’t give you folks a better review with 1 - 3 months of use on this product. I just can’t wait that long to post my review. I will edit this review down the line if it is still available on Revain.I bought - on Revain - one of this "shrink” rubber type hoses for the front & back yards. They lasted about 6 months then both of them at the same time just sprung dozens of leaks in needle size hole all throughout the hose. I thought that I would try one of these metal clad hoses to

A Game Changer good for me

After using rubber hoses my whole life, I can't imagine going back to them after getting metal hoses like these. I've bought a total of four of them after finding out how much better they are.

It works ! best in my review

So if you ever bought (regretfully) a collapsible hose than you probably know where I'm going. These stainless steel hoses are "all that" and I now use them in both the front and back yards and I'll never buy those junk expanding hoses again- period! Also use these on my new Ryobi power washer when I wash my car and truck. These glide right over dry grass, concrete and whatever without picking up annoying bits of grass or leaves. Very flexible and totally efficient. I bought 2 (25' and 35').

Worked perfectly with my rain barrel and pump system

So I attached this to a 1/2HP pump that does around 3903GPH and it works like a charm. It's absolutely great and I prefer using this nozzle than others even though it takes longer to switch from one to another. For some reason, this nozzle style really helps with the pressure and it allows me to water my garden more quickly.It's not long yes but for any water pump, you shouldn't go more than 25ft otherwise you won't get enough pressure in your line. This is only assuming you're on a 3/4 garden…

Fundamental design flaw, female hose connector is too thin to engage on outlet

See pictures, the female connector is way thinner than normal (see comparison picture with a standard hose), there is barely a thread left to try and engage with the male connector, tried connecting it to a sun cast hose tidy and t just spins around, crazy false economy on an expensive hose

Quality could be better

Over the years, I have gone through a multitudes of hoses ranging from the traditional rubber ones to the newer collapsible ones. I have to suffer through leaks, tangles, rigidness, rust, and slow to no water flow. After using stainless steel hoses, I cannot see myself ever going back to any other materials. This hose is lightweight, sturdy, and very maneuverable as expected. The only reason I did not give this product a five stars rating is because there is a strange rigidness at a few points…

SO MUCH BETTER THAN OTHERS BUT WITH ONE WORD OF CAUTION

After using a stainless steel hose for months I'll never buy another standard hose again. These are heads above rubber or fabric covered expandable hose. Not only are they lighter they're truly KINK PROOF and don't kink even when tied in a knot! They loop easily over foundation holders and a flick of the wrist unwinds them. Excellent stainless steel hose

So far I love this hose; I am using it as part of a water heating system I have for my above ground pool. Basically, I needed a hose that won't collapse under suction, and this one fits that bill perfectly. Works great, 5 stars!

Seems Invincible for my opinion

Between cars, bikes, scooters, rocks, football cleats, and even dogs, utility hoses have tended to be short-lived in our busy home. Kinks often interrupted car washing, and pulling a hose around the corner of the house to water just a few more plants has damaged several of them. So far it's performing well with no leaks. However, it's not all that rugged feeling, so time will tell. Comes with a disposable spray nozzle. 25 feet, by the way, is not as long as I had thought.

Lightweight and has great range

I got this hose to replace an old typical garden one that was worn out and it's working so nicely! I thought it might be heavy due to the stainless steel but its pretty lightweight and more flexible than expected, it also has an excellent spray range, which is a nice feature. Definitely glad I have this hose to use for the backyard now!

Better than expected

Even though is metal is very flexible and easy to use. I did not encounter any leakage from either end. It comes with a spray nozzle which you can adjust by just turning it. For the price, it looks affordable and hopefully is a keeper. Only time will time.

Blown hose and detached connection

I loved this hose so much at first. Then when I tried to use it after a few weeks, it became detached from the connecting metal piece. I tried to repair it but couldn’t. Now I have a different hose by a different company. My front hose, made by the exact same company leaks at its connecting piece. I give up!

No kinks/tangling for my opinion

This is a nice little metal garden hose! It comes with the spray head which is nice. It's fairly lightweight and easy to carry, although it gets really really cold while/after water has run through (so not ideal to carry while in use or until its had time to come back to air temp). I have not had any issues with kinking or tangling.
