Wow, this gate turned out to be better than I thought it would be and it arrived earlier than the estimated time. I needed this gate for my dog, so I didn't have to worry about it running off the porch, and I didn't have to worry about it not fitting between the metal railings at the top of the stairs. I bought this to keep my new pup away from a certain part of the house and needed a 51.5 inch stretch. The door is off center when installed but will line up and meet the other side of the gate once the correct pressure/tightening is used!
