Once installed it's a gem, the difference is 4 degrees Fahrenheit in the room I use it in. However, it came with a loose motor in the case so I had to remove the fan assembly from the front grille (not difficult, three plastic clips but you had to be careful not to break them). The main problem was that one of the bolts used to mount the motor was bad and would not tighten, but just kept turning as if it had stripped threads. So I had to use some Loctite and hope for the best (it's been a week…

Powerful Motor Required

I bought this unit because I needed to duct cool air from my upstairs bedroom into the hallway. My top floor was a 1990's addition and our Cape style home has no ducts or ventilation. We use window air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms so naturally I figured I should install a flow through fan to direct that cold air out into the hallway. Wall fan with a good bargain price - I bought 3

I bought three (3) of these walk through fans for our lakeside cabin. We have a fireplace in the living room and electric baseboard heaters throughout the cabin, but there is no air conditioning so there is no way to circulate air between cabin spaces.
