Superio Broom and Dustpan Set: Effortlessly Tidy Your Surroundings Review

Just got it and loved it until I started sweeping. The edge of the dustpan doesn't touch the floor, so anything I tried to sweep ended up under the dustpan. Great crap. I put a heavy box on it hoping she would nail it down, but mostly it's a no.

I recommend the OXO Good Grips Upright Sweep Set instead. Oxo works much better. It has a "suggestion" of a hair trap that's basically just a torn edge on a shovel. OXO has a real comb that works much better at removing hair and dustballs.

Disappointed - There were no problems initially and we were very satisfied. However, the rubber lip has come loose. It's still functional, but it's harder to push the junk into the bowl. This broom was purchased a year ago but has had minimal seasonal use. Not stored outdoors without heavy use or abuse. I need to replace it, but I'll look elsewhere.

I wanted a broom with a big head and when I read the measurements I thought it would fit. However, these dimensions refer to the broomstick and dustpan, but definitely not to the head. The actual broom head is 7 inches at best. That's a little broom for me. I haven't used it yet, so its performance could be better. But if you're looking for a bigger broom, keep looking.

This set is designed for either a child or I am a giant. I go with the one intended for the child. The set is very short, the broomstick rotates freely; I always tighten it to keep the broom head in place. The rubber lip on the dustpan sounds great in theory, but actually makes it almost impossible for the last bit of dust/hair/dirt/whatever to get into the dustpan. The coloring reminds me of McDonald's from the 70s. Very ugly. I wouldn't buy this again.

The bottom of the shovel is made of a very light material that does not hold its shape well enough to stay flat on hard surfaces. Even if you press the handle, you can't put the lip down on a flat surface - pretty frustrating when it takes 10-12 hits to collect all the dust in the pan. The long handle and the broom holder are good. I wouldn't buy this again, I would choose the best part of the shovel that lays flat on a flat surface.

Excellent Folding Broom and Dustpan. We 100% screen our household items when we travel and take a limited amount of household items with us so we can clean our hotel rooms ourselves, rather than having people come by every few days to do it for us. Works and looks great. FYI, the length of the broomstick is 33 inches. Add 4 inches for the brush ensemble and the total height (from floor to top of brush handle) is 47 inches. (Flat on the floor in the open position, measured to the top of the handle) Automatically closes when carried Flat on the floor in the open position, the tray locks into place. I'm fed up with dollar store brooms. I would buy once every few months because broom bristles would fall out or weren't stiff enough to sweep thoroughly without having to go over the same area multiple times.
