Defective design Shaft end not long enough - extension fits my 5/8 grinder. But the extension itself, the threaded rod isn't long enough for the job, can't even fit a metal cutting disc - totally useless - no returns, no work!

This extension hardly works. The internal thread turns easily on my angle grinder. However, the external thread was clearly tight and not long enough for two flange nuts and a washer. Installing a standard washer leaves only one and a half threads to tighten the outer flange nut.

Designed for a 4" Dewalt Grinder but this extension does NOT have a female thread on the end only in the middle making it completely useless. Also the male thread is very short. um to understand how other people could use it. A complete waste of time, especially since my coffee grinder is one of the most used brands.

I purchased this item to use an Arbortech Pointed Chisel to easily gouge into the cavities I make in tree parts, stumps etc while making unique and decorative pots for my growing succulent collection. I would give five stars if the external threads were a bit longer. I think a good product can excel with that little extra joint stability. I would recommend it.

Well this is exactly what anyone looking for a 5/8 inch mandrel extension that isn't five miles long needs. And it would be if it weren't for the terrible design. As mentioned, the male thread is too short to use safely and correctly with any mechanism I can think of as you can't use both ends with almost everything.
