🏄 Surfer Dudes Powered Mini Surfer Surfboard: Catch Waves with Ease! Review

After the initial 'tragedy' of my grandson's surfer falling off his board on his way to his first wave, everything worked fine. Missing at sea for 24 hours, he was miraculously found in the surf the next day. This toy works well on waves. More detailed assembly instructions may be helpful. I bought 4 and the other 3 were ok!

We were so excited to try it on the beach. When my son used it for a few waves he came back and loved it. He's only 6 so he wants to throw it really far. He didn't return on the fifth throw. He was swimming in the ocean, but kept getting further and further away. The Good Samaritan jumped up and saved him, but after that we were afraid to use him. If a younger child decides to save them, it can be a bad situation.

My kids love this surfer but he didn't always come back to shore. There were several times my husband or I had to go in the water to get it. The key is to throw it where the whitewater waves are crashing. My son played with this and a few other boys nearby saw it and started tossing their plastic Spiderman action figure the same way and they had better luck as the waves pushed the toy back to shore than this one surfer guy. And they probably didn't spend $25 on a single toy.

My kids (3.6) really liked this toy. Our beach week started with three days of double red flags. Alice was the perfect toy to play with in the water up to her ankles. The children threw her as far as possible, and after a couple of waves she returned to the shore and landed on the shore herself. The foam board is flimsy to the touch and was crumpled up a bit when transported in a bag with the rest of our sand toys. . I wish there was a way to replace the board when it inevitably breaks. We renamed our friend Surfer Bob. My grandson liked it and so did he. He and the adults liked to play with him. You need to understand that this toy is not always right on the waves, but in 95% of cases it is. Sometimes the waves are just unpredictable.
