I like that you can see everything with one page, so there are no pages to go through when looking for candidates. Sometimes it takes too long before we get any results from our search terms. It's not always clear what type of candidate each person in your team will be searching for or how they'll filter their searches over time. Make sure everyone understands this process well! We have been able to hire people who were previously difficult to reach into companies because of internal processes

The ability to search for candidates in a variety of databases. The ability to upload resumes and have them searchable in a matter of seconds. The platform has an easy to use interface that allows us as recruiters/managers very quick access into our clients' applicant data without having them log in themselves via their own computers, which sometimes they forget or are not always readily available when we need it! I wish there was more customization for some of my client's specific needs (i.e., ability for applicants outside UTAH area), but this may be something new employees can help fix at next release?
