Using this product, our team found that the crystal fell off within a few hours of wear, even with gentle handling. The surgical steel material seemed to irritate some skin types, causing redness and discomfort. The only upside was its attractive appearance, but it's not worth the purchase if it's impossible to wear without it falling apart.

I like this product very much. But I can't wear it often. Because of my work. But it is really beautiful and looks just like the picture.

The gauge was perfect, the stem length was perfect as you can see on the stud. Just not happy with the way it looks. Thought would be pretty like the picture. Doesn't look like a heart at all, but I'll check the seller's page, maybe there's something else there.
