Will you do anything about the way I told you they were delivered? They were wet, I'm not talking about pads. I mean the boxes they came in got wet and fell apart. Then they put 2 boxes in a plastic bag.

The pads came completely dry and do not work. I spent $40 on it and when I asked for a refund I see that the seller doesn't even provide anything. Definitely need a return or a new box of tissues that are actually as wet as they should be. Please help.
