These casters roll easily and lock into place for both pivoting and turning.

I got these casters for a small greenhouse that I wanted to put on the porch but can still move. I wasn't sure about the resilience but I can say they roll very easily and snap securely! I assembled the (very heavy) base and greenhouse separately, but the greenhouse itself is very light. I built a base in the backyard shop, mounted the wheels on it, and pulled the chain through the tall grass to the porch. The journey is not short and it rolled very easily. I suspect the base alone probablyโ€ฆ

THESE 3 INCH WHEELS ARE ELBOW

As you can see from the photos I decided to downsize the wheels to 3 inches which lowers the center of gravity significantly and makes my cart more stable. The old (30 year old) wheels showed great signs of wear and from the age of 2 years their stationary use was limited. Now that everyone has 4 vertebrae, their usage changes exponentially. These are beautifully designed reels and they spin so sweet. However, I lubricated the bearings closest to the mounting plate with WD-40 White Lithiumโ€ฆ

So far, so good! best in cymbal roller

I'm a little tired of the 1000lb total capacity but so far so good. I put a set of 4 on the worktable in the carpenter's workshop. The workbench itself weighs about 200 pounds, it currently stands with 12 sheets of drywall on it which has a price tag of 460 pounds and the numerous bells and whistles on the bottom shelf probably add up to about 100 pounds, give or take. all about 760 pounds total. I was able to roll it from one end of the room to the other, which was pretty difficult rollingโ€ฆ
