I like how easy it is to use. It's intuitive and has all of the features you need. I dislike that there are too many options when creating a new card. I also wish that synapse was more user friendly for those who don't have any experience with this type of software. It's very easy to create cards, points, etc. I haven't found anything I dislike about this product so far. I like that it is easy for my team members (and our customers)to track their points in real time as well as how much they have earned/spent. Also has an API which makes other integrations very simple! No dislike about this product so far but we're looking forward using all of its features once released!!
