This is very well built, I was surprised and pleased when it arrived. Installation was extremely simple, docking station bolted right on and the backrest and luggage rack snapped right into place. Much better than having to spend close to a grand at the Harley shop or at an on-line Harley parts distributor.

The docking hardware is great.the backrest is good but like other reviews have said it is somewhat slightly bent.it will take some push and shove to get it on. But once it goes on it looks good. Great purchase but if you don't want to have to put some effort into it DO NOT GET.

So after reading all the mixed reviews, I was hesitant to purchase this item. Didn’t want to spend 900 at harley cause I want to buy a tour pack later from harley. So first the quick disconnect brackets came from a warehouse in the LA area and the backrest and rack came from China, had to wait another week. So I don’t know what all is bitching about cause I was impressed with the item. It all fit with no bending or modifying. Does it look like the harley stuff? Not sure. Does it go off and on…

The backrest was a little tricky to attach to the the sissy bar, but it's doable. Finish was good. Over all an easy install.

The back rest is OK. It was a bit challenging to put together but in the end looks OK. The luggage rack does not appear to be overly robust but will probably work as long as you are care full with it. The mounting assembly was pretty decent.

Installation was very easy Looks great Works very well Recommend For anyone looking for a were back rice and lettuce right for the their Harley.

Still not installed as I can not get the backrest frame back bracket slot to fit over the the post as shown in the picture. Not sure if it is a problem with the backrest frame slot too small, or the post being too big. I don't want to grind down the frame, but that looks like the only way to make it slip on, the issue is if I do that will it still hold securely?

The product is garbage. Poorly made low grade materials. Nothing was straight and the bushings were junk. To top it off the won’t pay to return they’re crap.

I bought this unit not sure it would fit my 2014 Street Glide that already had a docking kit from the previous owner. Quality was good, putting the seat pad on was a pain with the spacers but fit right into place. Had to spread the unit slightly but was able to do it by hand. Nice addition!

Incredibly easy to install the kit and the hardware. Solid steel and the powder coat is on point. Love the rack and backrest being independent for mounting. 2nd setup on 2nd bike I've bought. Great stuff.

Fit MY 2013 ROAD GLIDE FLTRX very well, Easy install, Bolts did not line up at first but did manage to get them in , Love the backrest & rack , looks great

Shipping takes a long time with no updates, never knew when it would get here. The luggage rack fit good, no problems but mounting the pad to the backrest was a challenge the backrest was a chore, had to add a couple of washers. After it was installed it seems very sturdy but for the money difference between this and H-D , about 1/4 the cost, it’s probably worth the extra effort

This dose not fit at all and has scratched the frame after one ride . It took a lot of wrestling to get it on thinking after I had it on for a bit it would work itself in but it just scratched my frame. I have been trying to reach out to return but revain will not let me . I would say DO NOT GET THIS .

The cover for the seat didn’t line up with the holes but other than that I’m satisfied. Everything arrived in excellent condition.

I seriously don't understand any of the negative reviews. I am completely happy with this product. Way cheaper than HD. It took about 20 minutes to install it myself. It came with everything I needed. Not a single complaint.

Has held up very well. Powder coat is very nice. Everything lines up. Worth the money for what you get vs paying Harley prices.

Installation was pretty straight forward, but note that the 4 point hardware is to be installed in a specific direction. The backrest had to be persuaded to fit. It is not a quick install and removal because the latches are very difficult to engage and dis-engage. This is because of the poor quality of the backrest. Arrived quickly (two separate shipments), very easy to install (I already had quick disconnects on the bike). Took my grandson for a ride and he loved it!

Would not recommend this brand. Does not fit as a factory H-D brand would. Rubbed and left scratches without even having a passenger.

This is extremely poor fitting; it will not latch properly. Save your money and buy something good! It cost me an additional $42.00 to send it back!
