I have an old mid 2012 MacBook Pro with 4GB of memory. It was so slow that it took up to 2-3 minutes to open Safari and load the page. Extremely disappointed with this RAM. I had intermittent issues with my mid 2012 Macbook Pro for 12 months and found that the memory I bought 18 months ago had failed. The problems started small as the Mac crashed maybe once a week. Ever since I upgraded to High Sierra I assumed these were issues with the new IOS. . I still use it at home. I've recently noticed that it's running slower than usual, probably due to new updates, and decided to upgrade the storage. After a little research I settled on A Tech (it comes with a lifetime warranty). Came in nice packaging. (I put my old 2 x 2 GB RAM in there).
