Unreliable Electromechanical Relay for Automotive Use

this relay failed to perform as expected while driving my car. Although it is affordable, it`s not worth the risk of causing a breakdown on the road. The only advantage is its low price BUT the downside is that it jeopardizes the safety of the driver and passengers..

Works great with the Nest Thermostat so far.

Controlled by Next Generation Nest Thermostat (white with color display). The relay controls the wall socket to which the electric oil cooler is connected. We tried different settings and this combination provided perfect heating for a 120m2 apartment. feet within a few weeks. It is also nice that the Nest can use a relay to tell you how long the radiator (convection only, not a fan) needs to heat up the room and then optionally start the heating process earlier to keep the room at the set…
