Great customer service and attentiveness for all needs

I like that we have someone who is there every step of our journey - from design through implementation/configuration & support! We are working with an offshore team in India which has been great so far but they do need some training (which will come). Our biggest challenge right now comes down to how much control you want your provider or vendor to maintain when things go wrong / not as expected at times during deployment phase. I like that we have been able run our own reports without having them built in house or with another vendor who may not be as familiar with this system of accounting (i am). There are some things you need training/support from techniosy before using effectively but overall they do make your job easier by allowing us access to all systems instead off just one if needed. Reporting is very easy once set up properly which can take time depending how much customization needs done however when…
