Perfect fit for 2015 F150 Lariat 2.7L EB

Used youtube video on fitting - easy to get seat belt and this adapter fits like a glove. Check the fuses to make sure there is one in the tow hitch plug and there may be power being supplied to the wiring harness. I've seen some people mention problems. I didn't have one, and the fuse was already there.

  • GOLS certified

Makes installation so easy!

With my 2017 F-150, I was torn between using my trusty Tekonsha and buying the original brake controller that's built into the dash. As soon as I saw the opportunity to install an OEM product, it wasn't difficult for me to choose Tekonsha. I ordered the wiring adapter here for a cent, screwed it to the back of the Tekonshi, and it only took me 10 minutes to install it. I love that I can take it out (although I never do) and forget it's there. Really great solution.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Everything OK

Perfect for external accessories

I bought this adapter so I didn't have to connect the pigtail that came with my truck to the fitting that came with the brake controller. I disassembled part of the dash and routed a wire from the back to the connector for a nice and tidy installation. The adapter was long enough to fit easily and with enough headroom for me to pull the brake controls out of the slot to detach and store in the glove box when not in use. If you are planning a permanent installation I would definitely recommend…

  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Useless features

Affordable price and suitable for Ford Expedition 2019

Cable suitable for Ford Expedition 2018-2020 You need to remove the plastic panel under the steering wheel by pulling the top, it falls off easily. Remove the 4 x 10mm screws holding the metal bracket, lift the bracket and remove. The connector is on the right and connects to the empty part of the brake controller, just push the tab below and the connector comes out, connect this wire and run it to wherever you want to install the brake controller. I just tie it under the dash. Reattach the…

Works great on 2015 Ford F-150 XLT

Works great with Draw-tite 20191 I-Stop (New Brand Techonsha). I installed it on my 2015 F-150 XLT. It was very easy to install, the hardest part was figuring out exactly where to plug it in. On the 2015 F-150 XLT it connects as follows. To the right of the steering wheel is a small compartment that looks like it will hold a small Ipod. This compartment has a cover on the back. On the back (behind the dashboard) the required cable connector is plugged into a dummy connector. Just pull it out of
