Great Experience for both Clients & Agents

As an agency manager I can manage my team of rep's live in real time with our customers via telegram or web chat without having them physically visit us which saves me so much money as well! This has been such a great help when we are working abroad where it would be difficult (or even impossible) if you could not see your customer face-to-face. It does take some getting used too but once set up everything runs smoothly between ourselves and clients - very happy client experience at this…

Great tool/resource - would recommend

I love how easy it is to use. The reporting capabilities are incredible. We have been able to see what our teams were doing in real time without having them report each week or month. It has also helped us get an accurate picture of where we stand with our goals as well. Honestly, nothing! The only thing that I dislike about this software is when you do something wrong. They will send out emails saying "your code was incorrect" but they don't tell you WHAT was INCORRECT. This can be very…
