Good for our senior cat

We don't have to worry about our senior cat chewing on the mat so we didn't rate it but it looks very durable. The pillow is of good quality and has many options for the timer and warmth level which is nice. It seemed to help him fall asleep and make it easier for him to wake up from sleep.

Pretty good for my needs

I bought this for a cat with some health issues and probably arthritis. I put it on my bed in the corner. I turn it on in the evening and my cat, who doesn't usually bother me, lounges on it. She likes it very much. The temperature settings are good and the timer is pretty good. It jumps from 2 hours to 4 and then 8. I'd like one in the 5 or 6 range. You'll need to read elsewhere to find out what temperature is right for your type of pet. My biggest criticism is the buttons. They require…

An update since my first review!

UPDATE AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW: When the company saw my review they immediately contacted me and offered to either replace the lining or refund my money. I like the heating pad so I asked them to send me another one. I'll try to reinforce the cord with something to chew on so this doesn't happen again. The company handled it perfectly and they said they would notify the factory so improvements could be made so I appreciate that! It's a good heating pad, but I'm so disappointed to see my little…

My cats love it! I bought FOUR and gave away TWO

I love these warmers and my cats do too. So I ordered four and donated two to the local wildlife sanctuary. I keep my house at 68 degrees so they use them almost all the time as you can tell by the fur on the lid in the photos. Despite the appearance, I wash the covers regularly with no problems. :) I like that I can keep them all the time. I know when they're unplugged because my cats suddenly want to snuggle next to me (to keep warm) instead of lying on heating pads. I have had great luck…
