Real junk, such a terrible quality still needs to be searched.

ISP rate is 100 MB/s, but tests on the Tenda U9 show only 10 MB/s. 10, Carl! You can only write this evaluation at such a speed; for example, watching internet movies is already quite tough to do. A wired connection reveals roughly 90 megabits per second. In the morning, the phone that was linked to the same router also gave out approximately 90Mb / s, whereas in the evening, approximately 45Mb / s was given out. For the sake of interest, I even had to test the outdated TP-Link adapter that I…

Pros
  • Simple assembly required. There is the possibility of obtaining internet with the use of this adaptor.
Cons
  • Slow velocity

Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!

Discovered an interesting phenomenon; maybe it may be of some value to someone. Establish the connection between the adapter and the USB socket that is located on the front of the computer. When the case is open, the connection speed is 433 Mbps, but when it is closed, it drops to 390 Mbps. I gave some thinking to that:) I presumed that the USB cable that runs from the motherboard to the internal connector on the front wall can also function as an antenna because it runs along that path. At a…

Pros
  • It takes up little space, functions reliably, generates no heat, and delivers the 433 Mbps download speed that was advertised within the apartment (see my comment).
Cons
  • My search did not turn up any deficiencies. In the event that I discover something, I will update my evaluation.

The purchase did not justify itself at all.

For the past eight years, I have been practicing with a D-link whistle. It's an old 2.4 GHz model, but it does the job. I upgraded to a newer model that is compatible with the 5 GHz frequency. And I didn't think that dancing with a tambourine was necessary now that whistles are being used. In the following order: - drivers do not instantly "start" the vehicle (win 10). Initially, I attached it to the connector that was located on the motherboard. Sees the network but is unable to connect to it

Pros
  • Yet there are no special benefits to be had: although everything appears to work, in the end nothing does.
Cons
  • - suffers intermittent network outages. In general, each and every one. When you enter the "wireless networks" section, there is no one there. It can be fixed by doing troubleshooting steps or by restarting the computer. - The speed, which is initially 5 then 2.4 GHz, lowers by 99 percent when connected directly to the port on the motherboard. There are occasions when it is even unable to connect to the router. When the front panel of the system unit or the extension cord is passed, we know that everything is functioning properly.

A reliable product for all occasions, the quality is at the level.

Good adapter for the money. Works flawlessly. The product description does not say anywhere that it is only for Windows. I found information about this after the purchase in the U9 FAQ section on the Tenda website. It's a shame, because cheap D-Link for 100r is easily recognized on all operating systems.

Pros
  • compact works 5 GHz support
Cons
  • only under Windows

I bought a new Asus 58U router in order to have 5g and found that the laptop does not support this frequency. I had to buy a usb wifi modem. According to reviews, I found Tendu U9. The store was told to demolish the old built-in wifi driver before installation, otherwise they would conflict. I didn’t do anything, but just plugged Tendu into usb 2.0. The module installed automatically in 2 minutes. After that, in the search for Wi-Fi networks, a frame was formed on top in which you can select…

Pros
  • - Compact - Very easy to install in the machine on Windows 10 - Strong 5G signal
Cons
  • Until I discovered

Not at all what I expected.Terrible!

Immediately after acquiring the joy, there was no limit - the wife's computer, located in the room next to the router (1 reinforced concrete wall), gave out speeds close to wired, in both ranges (about 80-85 for reception / return at a rate of 100), but the joy lasted not for long. connections occurred from 4-5 times, then it stopped cutting at all. I took the wood to the whistle and rolled it up again (from the official site, very ancient, by the way) - the 5th range began to connect from the…

Pros
  • Signal strength. 2 ranges. Ease of setup. Low price.
Cons
  • A glitched piece of plastic.

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

If the speed is slow, connect via USB 3.0 or higher. In the attached screenshot, the measurements are, the upper USB 2.0, the lower USB 3.0, but there is still some kind of motherboard chip, it seems like it is through this port that something increases or improves, I didn’t even delve into it. :) In any case, through YUSB 3.0 is faster. The declared speed according to my tariff is 80Mbs.

Pros
  • Works flawlessly. 2 ranges. Miniature.
Cons
  • No

I don't recommend buying this product, there's nothing to praise here.

I bought to improve the quality of communication with the Network of several laptops used mainly for Linux (Mint, Manjaro). It turned out to be fastened, although not without hemorrhoids - but during reboots, the adapter usually turns into a pumpkin, that is, into a USB drive. And in terms of reception quality, everything is even sadder than with built-in adapters. Thrown away money. Unless somewhere for Windows computers it will be possible to use.

Cons
  • 1. It works very badly under Linux: it switches to the data storage mode all the time (with drivers for Windows), you have to switch to the Wi-Fi adapter mode via modprobe. 2. Weak signal level. The adapter built into the laptop works even better.

Definitely not advise to buy, the product is disappointing.

I have been sitting with a D-link whistle for 8 years. Old, 2.4 GHz, but it works. I bought a new one, with support for the 5 GHz band. And I didn’t think that now whistles need dancing with a tambourine. In order: - drivers do not "start" immediately (win 10). - First I plugged it into the connector on the motherboard. Sees the network, but can not connect or does it for a very long time. I think the "auto" mode is in the router, I chose the channel manually - the same thing. Connected to the

Pros
  • And there are no particular advantages: everything seems to work, but in the end nothing works.
Cons
  • - periodically loses networks. In general, everything. You go into the "wireless networks", and it's empty. It is treated through troubleshooting or rebooting the computer. - when connected directly to the connector on the motherboard, the speed (which is 5, then 2.4 GHz) drops by 99 percent. Sometimes it cannot even connect to the router. We pass the front panel of the system unit or extension cord - everything is ok.

The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.

ISP rate 100Mb/s, Tenda U9 shows 10Mb/s in tests, 10, Carl! With such a speed, you can only write this review, watching online videos, for example, is already very difficult. Wired connection shows approximately 90Mb / s. The phone connected to the same router also gave out about 90Mb / s in the morning, about 45Mb / s in the evening. For the sake of interest, I even had to test the old tp-link adapter, bought for 500 in a shaggy year, which I had to abandon, because. he constantly lost the…

Pros
  • Ease of setup. Some kind of internet from this adapter can be obtained
Cons
  • Low speed

I like it, thank you for the quality product.

In general, it shows itself well at a distance of 2 concrete walls from the Xiaomi 3 router. I work mainly on 5G, below is an example of downloading steam, the torrent gives about the same thing. All measurements were made at a rate of 100mb/s Pros below: -Simply configured without additional browser searches -Compact body (won't stand out too much if used for a laptop) - Adequate dual-band for little money. Some cons: -Sometimes, of course, there will be drawdowns, but in general, not bad…

The average product, you can find a better one.

5GHz: It refuses to work with the latest firewood, but when the old ones stop working, I ate and everything works again, but for a while, after which it rolls back. 2.4GHz: He does not allow himself such jokes, but what for then am I paying for the speed of the Internet? No more than 3 stars, because it only performs half of the functions. And yes, there is another joke that if you do not set the connection protocol to auto in the dispatcher (instead of the desired ac of course), then the…

Pros
  • The speed is great, but.
Cons
  • Too capricious this piece of iron

The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

I bought for my parents a computer during repairs, so that network wires would not be pulled. On Windows 10 it started without installing drivers, she found them herself. Earned immediately. It was possible to check the speed only in the 2.4 GHz range, because. parents do not know how to router in 5 GHz. The speed is practically the same as according to the tariff, I did not notice the difference in the network cable and through the adapter: everything is within the margin of error. The signal…

Pros
  • Small, does not require installation of additional software, works in two bands
Cons
  • Did not reveal

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A reliable product, quality is acceptable.

during operation, the connection speed steadily cut. at a network connection speed of 100mb (on any device without tenda it gives out 90-92) with this miracle adapter it gave out from 2x to 30. that did not try above did not work. all the reviews and forums were shaken up where this adapter was discussed. only the support service saved, as it turned out such unstable work if you plug the device into USB 3.0, if you rearrange it to 2.0, then all the rules are within the margin of error.

Pros
  • ease of connection
Cons
  • greatly cuts the speed (10 times) if plugged into the USB 3 slot.

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

Received a small box with an adapter. I connected it to the laptop according to the instructions, everything is very simple and fast. The speed on the laptop has increased from 72 Mbps to 433! So far, no problems with the Internet, the purchase is satisfied. : sometimes the connection to the laptop disappears, but manually you can easily fix everything and connect

Pros
  • Speed, ease of connection
Cons
  • Not found yet

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

A great option, my built-in adapter in my laptop died, for repairs - the price tag is several times higher plus the time for repairs, but then I bought it, I don’t even remove the size from USB during transportation, and that’s it, it’s installed on win 10 and determined automatically, the speed normal, for movies and surfing - enough, stably holds 5 GHz 54 mb / s and reaches through several walls to the router, the TTX receiver corresponds, the wi-fi signal does not disappear, it does not…

Pros
  • Small size, long range, dual band, MU-MIMO, stable connection, easy to use and easy to connect, cost
Cons
  • No

In general, everything is not bad, but I expected more.

I replaced the old tp-link adapter, which does not know how to operate in the 5GHz range, with Tenda U9. Tenda pleased, confidently pulls downloads, does not cut down, picks up Wi-Fi when loading the OS instantly. But in games periodically loses packets, ping jumps. When pinging Google, the same picture - a constant loss of packets with jumps in ping. If you plug it into a neighboring usb port, then there is no loss for one minute, after which it starts again. I ated the drivers, read a bunch…

Pros
  • It installs drivers itself, compact. Not cut down on torrents, the reception is good.
Cons
  • In games, ping jumps, packets are lost. When pinging Google, the same thing, the connection is fast, but inconsistent.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

No crashes, the setup took 2-3 minutes maximum, and everything worked. The speed keeps stably 60-70mbs / s at a rate of 100mbs / s (which is very cool!) Definitely recommend

Pros
  • Small, handy, works great
Cons
  • Didn't find

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Dissatisfied with this product, bad to use.

Expected something better. It is clear that the receivers cut the speed, but not 5 times the same. Do not skimp on the board, if possible, and buy a board with an antenna. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? But cutting at 5 times the speed is a failure. Luckily, I don't use my computer much. Its pros: Less flash. Occupies only one USB port, instead of pci-e. Installation - inserted and working. Has some cons Did not like the speed of reception / transmission. terrible. In conjunction with the…
