Doesn't work with laptop docks or adapter cables (e.g. DisplayPort to HDMI)

Really wish it would work but unfortunately it doesn't. One of the computers is a Mac Pro with two mini DisplayPorts on the back, so I used a conversion cable to connect it to this KVM. When I boot it up I get a horrible blank white Mac screen and it stays that way. It is common knowledge that if the peripheral device is not compatible, you will get this screen. When I contacted TESmart support, the rep advised me to get better cables (cmx). I got a second pair of "better" (more expensive)…

Good product - the cables used make a big difference

Works as intended. I am sharing a wired mouse and keyboard and two LG 4K (3840 x 2160) 60Hz 24" IPS monitors between a Dell Latitude 7480 laptop with Thunderbolt USB C and dual DP outputs (via Dell D6000 dock ) and ABS Vayron. Delay Irregular keyboard and mouse movements

I was looking for a good, economical dual monitor KVM for my home office. Upon doing research, the TESmart device kept popping up online and had some pretty decent reviews/ratings. The cost was 1/3 of the nearest competitor (HDMI). Once installed (please note they don't include battery with RF controller) I think it can be returned. Great when I figured out the settings

I was going to send this back - the documentation isn't great but once I figured out what was going on I was more than happy. I would give 4.5 if I could. I'll give the benefit of the doubt because I was able to get it to work exactly how I wanted for my setup. At first I had some issues with the HDMI Displayport cables. Update 2/15/2021: Do not buy

After living with speaker problems for 5 months I discovered today that this KVM is swapping my left and right audio output. Yes, when I connect my speakers to this KVM, the left and right are on opposite sides when I connect them directly to my PC tower. Do not buy this device.
